The college - with the budgetary support of the region’s rural Capacity Building project which functions under the Bearean of Agriculture of the region - is about to provide a-three-day training in IT Networking together with the provisions and applications of internet services as of  May 2012.

According to disclosures made by the college’s short – term training programs coordinator – Ato Besufikad Tegenge-it was after winning the bid in a the formal process of competition with other colleges found in the city that Zion has finally succeeded in its candidacy which was soon followed by a binding contract agreement by both sides.

Meanwhile, the college apart from its engagement in the regular training program has also been serving the society by providing various short term courses in different fields. In the mean time, the coordinator of this program, Ato Besufekad has also disclosed the fact that having won another bid to train 84 Administrative workers in Basic computer skills, it is about to launch its training program mach sooner than later.
